Install the web app
On iPhone or iPad, open KinPilot in Safari, choose Share, then Add to Home Screen. On supported desktop browsers, use the install control in the address bar or browser menu.
Use KinPilot offline
Open each subject once while online so its learning assets can be saved. The App Store version includes the learning experience in the app and can launch without a network connection.
Progress is missing
Progress belongs to the current browser or installed app. Switching between browsers, private browsing, the website, and the App Store app creates separate local progress. Make sure storage is enabled and avoid clearing site or app data.
A challenge looks repeated
KinPilot may revisit a concept through a different solving lens to strengthen transfer. New sessions prioritize recently unseen questions, themes, strategies, and higher-level challenges before returning to familiar material.
Timer or layout trouble
Return to the Arena to refresh its deadline-based timer. If content is clipped, rotate the device back once, close the keyboard, and reopen the view. KinPilot supports phone, tablet, desktop, portrait, and landscape layouts.
Before reporting an issue
Note the device model, operating-system version, subject, division or grade band, challenge title, and the steps that led to the issue. These details make it easier to reproduce a problem without sharing a learner's name or answers.
